While my soaps are stubbornly pure and traditional, I’m excited about being able to communicate with my customers using increasingly popular social media. I do enjoy the winter interlude - I like having the extra time to catch up on things: I've been sewing non-stop, making the cases for my dream pillows and lavender sachets and experimenting with new product ideas. I've got SHAMPOO BARS ready: As always, the first one I made was unscented and very simple. After my testers approved the basic recipe I began elaborating on it; the most recent is a lavender/lemon/sandalwood/rose geranium essential oil blend with marshmallow root infusion, dissolved silk and honey. I'll have several different HERBAL HAIR RINSES to go with the shampoo bars: rose & lavender, nettle & sage, and calendula & chamomile. And I’ll have more of the LIP BALMS that I introduced right before the holidays last year.
